Christophe Bourdel, admitted to the Paris Bar in 1987, was previously a partner at Herald Avocats. He has developed a dual expertise in insurance law and environmental law, recognised in particular by Legal 500 and Décideurs.
An expert in insurance law, particularly personal injury and life insurance, Christophe advises major French and international insurance companies.
Christophe also has expertise in environmental law. He works with his team on civil law issues relating to the redevelopment of industrial sites and brownfield sites, including pollution management, site remediation and legal appraisals, as well as in the field of new energies. He also represents clients in disputes relating to land sales and assists corporate teams with environmental law audits.
