Benjamin Lafaye holds a Master degree II in tax strategy from the I.A.E de Nice and has over ten years' experience in tax matters.
He mainly advises managers, investors and family groups, particularly on tax optimisation and the reorganisation and transfer of their assets. He also assists them with tax audits and disputes, and more generally in their dealings with the tax authorities.
He has also developed specific expertise in international tax matters, with a particular focus on Franco-American and Franco-Swiss issues.
Benjamin Lafaye began his career with Ernst & Young before working for several years at Tirard Naudin. He later joined in 2013 Fiducial Legal By Lamy (FLBL) as an attorney before becoming a partner in 2017 and co-heading the firm's tax department. A member of the IACF and a lecturer at the DJCE in Lyon, Benjamin Lafaye also regularly publishes legal articles in various journals and takes part in tax conferences.
