Renard AUDITION Group has finalized a structuring capital operation. The group raised 2 million euros, allowing IRD INVEST to exit the capital via its Nord Croissance fund, and financing new growth projects. IRD Invest has supported the group since 2010 through two successive LBOs. During this period, the company grew from 6 sites to 20 sites, confirming its position as an independent regional leader. Christian Renard has also purchased all the shares from the founder.
Renard AUDITION Group thanks the IRD teams for their support over these many years. This new fundraising will allow Renard AUDITION Group to accelerate its growth while maintaining complete independence.
The Lille office of the law firm Cornet Vincent Ségurel advised the company Holding Renard Investment and its founder and manager, Mr. Christian Renard, on the structuring and execution of this operation, and also accompanied the subscriber in its participation in the capital increase.
Renard AUDITION Group has 66 employees across 20 sites (19 in Hauts-de-France and 1 in Pays de la Loire).
Its team, nationally recognized for its expertise in hearing aid care for the hearing impaired, is also involved in education, as well as in numerous research projects.
