Founded in 2018 following the merger between French and German companies, led respectively by Patricia Stranik and Sven Döbert, the PM Studio group has quickly established itself as one of the leaders in the design and manufacturing of promotional items and packaging, particularly for the luxury, beauty, and cosmetics sectors.
With an average annual growth of over 30% and a turnover of more than €70 million, the group now has more than 80 employees across Europe, China, and the United States, and collaborates with the biggest luxury brands to create innovative and environmentally friendly products.
Certified EcoVadis Platinum and B Corp since 2023, the company demonstrates its commitment to ethical practices, rigorous environmental transparency, and a strong focus on innovation, with increasing use of artificial intelligence in its creative processes.
To finance its growth projects and further develop its activities, PM Studio welcomed the investment fund Andera Partners (advised by Hogan Lovells), which has taken an equity stake. Thanks to this strategic investment, PM Studio intends to strengthen its capabilities in innovation and environmental impact, and accelerate its digitalization.
PM Studio received financial support from BNP Paribas (advised by Herbert Smith Freehills), to assist the group by providing a complementary financing line to support its external growth strategy.
This partnership marks a key milestone for PM Studio, which aims to become a European leader in the luxury packaging and high-end promotional products sector.
