The new management team intends to continue the transformations undertaken in various areas and consolidate the firm's position on the national and international markets.
Cornet Vincent Ségurel, which celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2022, brings together over 300 business law professionals, including more than 200 lawyers and legal advisers, with offices in Bordeaux, Lille, Lyon, Nantes, Paris and Rennes. The firm generated sales of over €41m in 2022.
"I am delighted to be able to contribute to the collective management of Cornet Vincent Ségurel, a firm where I have spent most of my career and whose unique and strong identity continues to live on more than 50 years after it was founded," comments Cécile Rouquette-Térouanne.
Alexandre Cornet adds: "Our firm has been able to stand the test of time and reinvent itself while remaining true to its values." "Together, we are going to continue the transformations initiated by the previous Codir, which was remarkably led by Laurence Tardivel, Alban Pousset-Bougère, Alexis Marchand and René-Pierre Andlauer, with a view to consolidating and transforming our teams, our team and our infrastructure."
Alexis Marchand continues: "A new generation of partners recruited from within brings us renewed energy and ever greater agility to tackle these changes and to support our clients in all the challenges they face".
"Our collegiate governance model, which is characteristic of the firm and is based on collective intelligence, dialogue and collaboration, is a major asset for managing the firm and adapting to an uncertain environment," concludes René-Pierre Andlauer.
