Founded in 2013 by Olivier Talbert in Valenciennes, Business O2 is one of the largest business and prestigious events networks in France. The network brings together executives and managers from mid-sized and small businesses across France and covers all sectors of activity.
Business O2 is organized into 4 brands: Business Club, Business & Events, Golf Events, and Business Time, created in 2021 dedicated to very small businesses and liberal professions. Business O2 currently has nearly 4,000 members across 50 Business Clubs and 45 Business Time Clubs owned directly or operated by a network of franchisees.
To finance its growth and development projects, particularly with the strong development of the Business Time network, the group has decided to welcome new private investors who are taking a minority stake in the capital. The operation is accompanied by the implementation of debt arranged by Crédit Agricole Nord de France.
Thanks to this round of funding, Business O2 reaffirms its growth objective: to become the leader in business networks in France by 2028, targeting 80 Business Clubs and nearly 600 Business Time Clubs.
