Marie JAVELLE

Marie Javelle specializes in advising companies, both public and private, and their executives.

She offers her clients cross-functional support, dealing with both day-to-day tax issues and exceptional transactions (mergers & acquisitions, LBOs, family transfers, etc.). She also assists them in their dealings with the tax authorities (audits, litigation, tax rulings).

Marie also regularly advises on VAT matters, and is in charge of teaching this subject to Master I students at the Faculty of Law and Political Science in Rennes.

Marie holds a Master 2 in Business Tax Law from the University of Rennes 1, and began her career as a lawyer with PwC Société d’Avocats in Paris before joining Cornet Vincent Ségurel in 2016.
