Magali BUSSAC joined the firm in 2010 as an associate in the Employment Law Department of the Paris office after working with two business law firms based in Paris and Milan.
She has a double degree in Employment Law (University of Toulouse – 2002) and International and European Law (Rome – 2003) and a European Masters in Labour Law and Science (Universities of Toulouse 1 / Political Science of Florence.
She obtained her CAPA from the Ecole Sud-Ouest Midi-Pyrénées (Toulouse) in 2007.
In the 14 years she has been practising with the firm, she has developed considerable expertise in employment law, an area in which she obtained a specialisation certificate from the CNB in 2015.
Magali BUSSAC divides her practice between advice and litigation in employment law. Her practice covers the day-to-day management of human resources (collective and individual relations, collective agreements, employment contracts, management of employee representative bodies and relations with trade unions, profit-sharing, employee savings schemes, training, etc.), as well as complex operations (restructuring, outsourcing, employment protection plans, redundancy plans, collective severance agreements, collective disputes, etc.) and litigation.
She also assists her French and foreign clients in their dealings with the employment authorities and social security bodies (assistance with inspections and litigation).
Magali BUSSAC completed the Cycle d’Etudes Judiciaires Européennes (CEJUE) in 2023 at the Ecole Nationale de la Magistrature.
She is also a Mediator and obtained the University Diploma in Mediation from the Institut Catholique de Paris – IFOMENE – in 2024.
She is currently taking the qualifying course organised by the École de formation professionnelle des barreaux du ressort de la cour d’appel de Paris (EFB) on the practice of internal investigations.
