Christel GOMEZ

Christel GOMEZ joined Cornet Vincent Ségurel law firm as Of Counsel attorney in early 2025. She was previously a partner at FIDUCIAL LEGAL BY LAMY law firm for many years.

She assists companies and corporate groups in their corporate law operations, both in day-to-day matters and at all stages of their development and needs (restructuring, mergers, business transfers).

In this regard, Christel has developed specific expertise with regulated professions in the healthcare sector (physicians, clinics) and legal sector (lawyers, notaries, judicial administrators and judicial representatives): conversion to Professional Limited Liability Companies (SEL), LBO/Professional Holding Companies (SPFPL), mergers/consolidation of practices, restructuring of professional groups, management of partner arrivals/departures and partner conflicts.

Finally, Christel works with nonprofit organizations (associations, foundations).
