We advise and support our clients on all their contracts related to works and creations (for example, publishing contracts, copyright transfer or licence agreements, audio-visual production contracts, commissioning contracts for works, etc.), and on complex projects which concern, wholly or partially, the creation, valorisation or exploitation of intellectual property (for example, cinematographic works or audio-visual productions, management or organisation of large sporting or cultural events, or the art market).

We support and represent our clients in all intellectual property law litigation (infringement, seizure of works infringing intellectual property rights, etc.), in France and abroad (with the assistance of correspondent lawyers abroad specialised in intellectual property), before all domestic jurisdictions. We also represent our clients in related or complementary litigation or litigation connected to the protection of intangible assets, for example, complex litigation concerning unfair competition or artistic free-riding, litigation on practices of ambush marketing for major sporting or cultural events, or those related to the breach of non-disclosure or know-how protection agreements.
