Scutum France, a European leader in safety and security solutions, announces the acquisition of all shares of VK Electronic, a company specializing in the design and installation of electronic security systems, represented by its manager, Philippe Avril.
With more than 16 million euros in revenue in 2023 and over a hundred employees in France and Switzerland, the VK Electronic group is an expert in electronic safety and security systems. Its activity consists of designing, installing, and maintaining electronic security solutions. The VK Electronic teams are skilled in securing sites, property, and personnel, and offer the following services: audit & assessment, installation, maintenance and remote services, and training.
This strategic operation allows Scutum France to continue expanding its network of expertise and service offerings, thereby consolidating its ability to provide innovative, high-performance, and customized security solutions in Europe.
