As the first park dedicated to plants and biodiversity since its opening in 2010, Terra Botanica was previously jointly operated by two local authorities within the framework of a public interest group.
This strategic operation is materialized through the granting of a 40-year administrative long-term lease to the Looping Group, which commits to implementing an ambitious investment program of 59 million euros over the next ten years. This development program aims to enhance the park’s attractiveness and influence, particularly through:
Creating themed accommodations including lodges and a hotel
Developing and modernizing equipment and attractions
Drawing on its multidisciplinary expertise in business law, several teams from the Cornet Vincent Ségurel law firm, led by partner Frédéric Marchand, advised the Terra Botanica public interest group, the Maine-et-Loire Department, and the City of Angers throughout this structuring operation.
