Julie Le Bourhis advises companies, groups of companies and their managers in all areas of employment law and social welfare law. When the situation requires it, she defends her clients before the social courts and assists them in finding the most appropriate outcome. She is regularly involved in training company directors on these subjects, particularly with the CCI.
With her team, Julie Le Bourhis aims to provide pragmatic and secure solutions in the field of human resources management, with the greatest possible reactivity and involvement. They intervene both for the day-to-day management of human resources and for complex operations or disputes.
Julie Le Bourhis is a member of the Equine Law Institute and a rider. She has also developed an expertise in the legal issues of the equine industry (purchase and sale of horses, accidents and liability, support for professional riders, creation and management of equine farms, etc.), and in rural law issues.
She holds a Master II in Corporate Law from the University of Angers and began her career as a lawyer in 2008 before joining Cornet Vincent Ségurel in 2009.
