- Their organisation: functioning of deliberative assemblies and rights of elected representatives, referendums and local democracy, division of competences between the various organs, etc.
- Creation of groupings of public authorities (Établissement Public de Coopération Intercommunale [public body for inter-municipal cooperation - ECPI], mixed unions, etc.) and related consequences (transfers and provision of personnel and property).
Our team also provides support to clients on all public accounting and finance issues (audits by financial jurisdictions, local taxation, service public industriel et commercial [industrial and commercial public service - SPIC], issues related to de facto management, etc.)
Finally, public authorities call on us in relation to all issues concerning the lawfulness of their acts and their liability (public works, administrative and hospital liability, general and special administrative police, etc.). Our involvement also covers litigation on these issues on behalf of both public authorities and elected representatives or their personnel.
